Debra Boblitt is an experienced insurance executive that spent nearly three decades as a leader at State Farm Insurance Companies®, the top insurer for life, auto and home in the United States. She served as senior vice president before leaving the organization to pursue a portfolio career. 

She has a proven track record of increasing revenue and market share, developing dynamic teams, and leading through change. As senior vice president with full P&L responsibilities for a 3 billion market, she improved their profit margin by 5.5 percent. Additional areas of expertise include customer needs and behaviors, and marketing and distribution. 

Since writing the book, BOLD Mission Courageously Pursue Your Calling, Debra has spoken to both large and small audiences in person and through digital media on a variety of topics related to BOLD Mission. She has traveled from one part of the country to another addressing what it takes to be a BOLD leader in today’s business environment as well as how to maximize your skills, talents and live your purpose.

In her executive coaching business, Boblitt Consulting, LLC, Debra provides individual and group consulting for excutives and high potential leaders. She also provides a unique venue, referred to as Think Tank,  for individuals to self discover and explore what their next step might be.
